Just getting started
I'm new to blogging but, for those of you who know me this will come as a shock, I always have something to say! Many of you know I've been working on a book, it's slow going and since my publisher flaked on me it seems is will be even slower. However, there are some important issues I would like to get out there so I figured this was the best way to do it. Since I'm new to this I will assume that you can post questions......if I'm wrong then you can submit them through my contact page and we'll figure it out.
For today the issue is sequestration and expert witnesses. Expert witnesses and investigators are exempt from this according to Federal Rule of Evidence 615 and 701. As an expert I am not subject to sequestration......."You don't put Baby in a corner!"
Some time in December I will be offering a short pamphlet, a precusor to my book if you will, for sale here on my site (provided my IT people are up to it). It will be packed with a lot of the information I'll be putting in my book and available for anyone interested in DNA issues in criminal cases. Look for it before Christmas!
